Salesgin is a SaaS platform for AI-powered sales support, including CRM, WhatsApp, calendar, catalog, ads, reports, and lead management, in the Real Estate and General profiles. The user agrees to use the system lawfully and professionally.
2. Conta e pagamento
Access to paid features depends on an active subscription and real payment confirmation from the configured gateway. Failure, cancellation, non-payment, or plan expiration may automatically block paid features.
3. Third-party integrations
WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mercado Pago, OpenAI, and SMTP depend on credentials, availability, and the rules of their respective providers. The user is responsible for correctly configuring accounts and permissions.
4. Artificial intelligence
AI-generated replies are operational support. The user must review sales guidance, promises, prices, property or product availability, and messages sent to customers.
5. Dados e privacidade
The user must collect and process lead data in accordance with applicable law, including consent when required. The platform stores operational data to deliver the contracted services.
A deleted lead is kept in "Deleted leads" (with the reason given) until the user either restores it or requests permanent deletion, at which point the record is removed permanently. On the Enterprise plan, the authorization to permanently delete may be concentrated in the billing account.
6. Team accounts (Enterprise)
On the Enterprise plan, the main account can add additional users ("team"), who follow the same plan and can have distinct permissions (role, department, authorization to permanently delete leads). The main account can also opt for a WhatsApp number shared across the team instead of one number per user — in that case, messages sent by users without their own number go out through the shared number.
By default, each lead and its conversation history are only visible to the user responsible for it. Another team member only gains access if the lead is transferred to them, an action that preserves the full history. Users with management permission can see all of the team's leads for oversight purposes.
7. Cancellation and support
Plans may be canceled according to the current commercial policy. Support, timelines, and limits may vary depending on the contracted plan.
